Building Surveys

Buildings Surveys utilise John Foord Group qualified Quantity Surveyors to ascertain the building's internal and external construction and status. Our normal procedure is to thoroughly inspect the building looking at its viability and condition. The John Foord surveyor will inspect floors, walls and ceilings and will be looking for signs of settlement and decay. They note, for example, the state of roof coverings, gutters and down pipes, and the condition of doors or windows that may be approaching the end of their useful life.
