Marketing Executive

Status: Full-time/ Part-time

Overall Outcomes of the Position

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and other management stakeholders, this role is to support the team with developing and executing marketing activities to grow brand awareness, improve client engagement and general high-quality leads.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with updates and relevancy of websites, brochures and all marketing collaterals
  • Provide support to develop, conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns and strategies, across all channels – for websites, social media, newsletter, internal trainings etc
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendar
  • Work closely with marketing manager and other stakeholders to develop collaterals
  • Support the measurement of effectiveness of marketing campaigns/ strategies using established metrics, for marketing reporting and continuous improvement
  • Support communications to ensure branding consistency across all communication channels (internal & external)
  • Forward leads to business development team and ensure follow up
  • Conduct research on industry news, competitors’ activities, and market intelligence
  • Prepare marketing and presentation information for meetings when required
  • Attend seminars and networking events as required
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties when required
  • Work closely with business development team and other stakeholders

Criteria (Competencies & Knowledge)

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing/ Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications / Public Relations.
  • Open to part-time roles with experience
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc, Knowledge and basic working knowledge of Adobe software. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop an advantage.
  • Professionalism to deliver the agreed output/ materials as per aligned timeline with stakeholders
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong desire to learn continuously to execute with excellence and ability to stay focused, positive and objective in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
